数学模型参数的在线修正及最佳焊接工艺参数选择

摘要: 用计算机模拟力法选择和优化焊接工艺参数是行之有效的。提高计算模型的可靠性和适应性则是扩大其应用范围的前提。本文讨论了用焊道表面的温度信息对多个模型参数进行在线修正,提高计算模型的适应性。在此基础上,对不同材质的给定熔池尺寸要求值,进行了最佳焊接工艺参数选择,试验结果表明,修正后的模型可以适应材质等焊接条件的变化,能给出合适的焊接工艺参数。Abstract: It is very effective to selecte and to optimize welding parameters by the method of computer simulation. Increasing the reliability and adaptability of calculation model is the prerequisite of expanding its application limits. The method that on-line identifies parameters of the model through the information of temperature on the welding bead surface and thus increases adaptability of model was discussed in the paper. On the basis of mentioned above the optimized welding parameters for given required value of molten pool sizes were seleeted for different materials. The results of experiments showed that the model identified can be adapted to the changes of material and welding conditions and give suitable welding parameters.
