不锈钢焊条药皮的温升开裂

Investigation of coating cracking of stainless steel clectrode at tempcrature rising

  • 摘要: 研究了不锈钢焊条药皮温升开裂特征及其影响因素。结果表明,不锈钢焊条药皮发红是普遍存在的,药皮的开裂倾向与焊条金属的过渡特性及药皮在温升中的变形行为相关;实现熔滴的渣壁过渡形态,同时改善药皮的塑性变形能力,可以有效地控制药皮温升开裂倾向。
    Abstract: The features and affecting faetors of cracking for the coatings of stainless steel electrocds are analyzed in the paper. The results obtained from experiment show that the coatings of stainless steel electrodes universally beeomc red when temperature rises.The cracking tendency of electrode coatings is related to the metal transfer characteristics of electrodes and the deformational behavior of electrode coatings as temperature rising. The eracking tendeney of electrode coatings as temperature rising will be controlled effectively by realizing the flux-wall to guid transfer form of metal droplet and by improving the plastie deformation of eoating.
