10Ni5CrMoV和12Ni2CrMoVA过热区板条马氏体对韧性的影响

Effect of lath martensite on toughness in overheated zone of 10Ni5CrMoV and 12Ni2CrMoVA steels

  • 摘要: 本文研究了10Ni5CrMoV和12Ni2CrMoVA两种高强钢接头过热区板条马氏体数量变化及本身特性对接头韧性的影响。采用金相、断口分析和透射电镜方法,研究了板条马氏体本身形态、位错密度、碳化物析出状态与韧性的关系。阐明了板条马氏体在接头中的作用。为改善高强钢接头韧性,提出了理论和应用的依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper edeals with two sorts of high-strength steel, 10Ni5CrMoV and 12Ni2CrMoVA.The change of the amount of lath martensite in the overheated zone of joints and the effect of the own characteristics of lath martensile on toughness have been investigated. By means of metallography, fractograph analysis and TEM, the relation of toughness to the behaviour of the lath martensite, density of dislocatinn and degree of deposition of carbides has been studied. The paper provides a basis both in theory and in practice for improving the toughness of high-strength steel joints.
