摘要: 通过分析塑料热板焊接温度场的边界条件,建立模拟温度场的数学模型,可以获得焊接区及焊接区附近材料的粘度分布。根据DVS焊接标准和本文的研究结果,可以证实热学和流变学性能不同的塑料能够很好地进行焊接。Abstract: Through the analysis of the boundary conditions of the temperature field in plastics by heated tool butt-welding, some mathematical models were set up to simulate the temperature developments and to obtain the viscosity field in and near the welded zone. According to the German DVS Weld Standards and the conclusion in this works, plastics with different thermal and rheological properties can be well or even optimally welded.
