微机控制可控硅焊接电源静动特性

Static and dynamic characteristics of microcomputer controlled SCR arc welding rectifier

  • 摘要: 介绍一种简单可靠的微机控制可控硅焊接电源硬件系统和获得多种静特性优良动特性的控制算法。讨论运用比例-积分-微分(PID)算法实现恒流、恒压、下降等外特性的控制程序,通过试验和分析,找出了手工电弧焊短路过渡的比较理想的控制方法,本文研制的手工电弧焊电源,电弧稳定、飞溅小、操作方便、比模拟控制的同类焊机有明显的优越性。

     

    Abstract: A simple and reliable microcomputer hardware and software system for controlling SCR arc welding rectifier is described in this paper.It is discussed how to use the proportional-integeral-derivative (PID) algorithm to realize the controlling program for the various statio characteristics,such as constant current,constant voltage,drop etc..By means of experimental analysis,a good method for controlling short-circuit transfer in manual arc welding with covered electrode was found aut.The result of welding tests shows that this welding power source has more advantages than the same kind of welders under analog control in decreasing spalter,stablizing the arc and operating convenience.
