用于熔化极气电焊的电弧跟踪传感器

  • 摘要: 介绍了可明显改善斜角焊缝表面成形的夹持焊炬作椭圆运动的低速电弧旋转机构。在分析了熔池表面形状、弧长和焊丝干伸长动态变化后,建立了焊接电流变化与电弧旋转中心偏离坡口中心位置的理论关系,进而以带通滤波、互相关降噪等构成了新颖的从频域提取信号的电弧传感理论。用此理论构成的模拟电路电弧传感器及跟踪系统,通过焊缝横向跟踪试验证实,在CO2焊时,其跟踪误差可达±0.5mm。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a low spead rotating mechanism that enables the welding torch to move elliptically and obviously improves the formation of oblique corner joint surface.With this device,the surface shape of welding pool and the dynamic variation of length of arc and wire prolongation were studied.Subsequently,the theoretic relation of the offset of rotating arc center from the groove center to the variation of the welding current was derived.Based on this relation,a new arc-sensing theory was set up by extracting signal from frequency domain with the use of bandpass filtor and correlated lowing noise technique.By this theory,the analog circuits of the welding arc sensing and tracking system were built.The testing results showed that the cross tracking error was only ±0.5mm for CO2 welding.
