磁控电弧摆动对铝合金焊缝结晶裂纹的影响

Effect of TAOMC on solidification cracking of Al-alloy welds

  • 摘要: 通过改进型鱼骨状热裂纹试验方法,在国内首次研究了磁控电弧横向摆动对高强铝合金LD10CS、LY12CX,TIG焊焊缝结晶裂纹的影响规律.通过对焊缝的宏观组织和微观组织分析,探讨了低频磁控电弧横向摆动抑制高强铝合金焊缝结晶裂纹的机理.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the effect of transverse are oscillation under magnetic control (TAOMC) on solidification cracking in TIG welds of LD10CS and LY12CZ Al-alloys was investigated by modified fishbone crack test.It was found that with appropriate choice of frequency and amplitude of are oscillation,the solidification cracking of LD10CS Al-alloy can be dramatically reduced,and the solidification cracking of LY12CZ Al-alloy can also be reduced to a certain extent.Based on the metallographic examination of the macrostructure and microstructure of weld metal,a new mechanism for reducing weld solidification cracking was proposed and studied.
