TIG焊熔透正面监测量的确定

Determination of top supervision parameters for state of full penetration in TIG welding

  • 摘要: 熔透的闭环控制是焊接界瞩目的前沿课题,而从焊接工件正面实时提取熔透信息又是其技术关键。本文通过严格的实验和统计分析发现,焊缝的背面熔宽与焊缝的正面平均下塌量(即焊缝正面下塌面积与正面熔宽之比)间存在良好的对应关系,这就为使用结构光三维视觉传感器实时检测熔透奠定了基础。
    Abstract: Closed-loop control of full penetration is an attcntion-focussed problem in the field of welding because it is very difficult to measure the state of full penetration from the top side of the weld.In this contribution,it is discovered that bascd on strict experiments and statistic analysis there is a close relationship between the backsidce weld width and the average top surfacc depression depth (weld depression cross-sectional area divided by weld width).This discovery provides a basis for the authors presentation of a new control strategy for full penetration where the real time measurement of the state of full penetration is done by a structured-light 3D vision sensor.
