焊条熔滴过渡形态分析

Analysis of droplet transformation forms of electrode

  • 摘要: 手工电弧焊时,熔滴主要受两种力的作用,即表面张力和碳的氧化形成的气体动力。这两种力决定了焊条熔滴过渡形态。根据每种焊条的渣系和药皮成分的特点,可以大致判断其熔滴过渡时起主导作用的力,进而推断其熔滴过渡形态,并预测该种焊条的工艺特性。

     

    Abstract: In the manual metal arc welding,there exist on the droplets two kinds of fortes,i.e.,the surface tension and the dynamic force of the gas formed in carbon oxidation.These two kinds of forces decide the droplet transformation form of the electrode.According to the characteristics of the slag syslem and the coating composition of an clectrede,the major force in the transformation proeess can be preliminarily ascertained,the droplet transformation form can be then predicted and the technological features of the electrode can be foreseen.
