关于铜钢复合板的焊接性试验研究及应用

A STUDY ON THE WELDABILITY OF Cu-ALLOY CLADED STEEL PLATE AND ITS APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 对铜钢复合板(B30/A3)进行了焊接性试验,对填充材料、过渡材利的选择及焊接接头的耐蚀性进行了深入研究。通过金相观察、扫描式电子显微镜(SEM)分析及对不同填充丝的焊接接头腐蚀抗力比较,确定了合适的焊接工艺,合理的接头形式及最佳过渡材料。本研究已成功地用于十万吨真空制盐蒸发室的建造。

     

    Abstract: A study on the weldability of B30-alloy cladded steel plate was conducted. Special attention was paid to the filler materials and the corrosion test of welded joints. By metallographic examination and SEM analysis, the buttering material was selected and from corrosion tests, the corrosion-resistance of several joints made by various filler wires were compared. From those, the proper welding variables were determined and the best one among all the tested buttering materials was four.d out. With a great success, the results obtained in this research has been applied to the fabrication of an evapovater chamber cf an 100,000 ton vacuum-salf-refinery.
