低电压等离子喷涂TiO2涂层光电流特性的研究

STUDY OF PHOTOCURRENT-POTENTIAL PROPERTY OF LOW PRESSURE CONDITION PLASMA SPRAYED TiO2 COATING ELECTRODE

  • 摘要: 本文通过改变低气压等离子喷涂TiO2时的辅助气体氢气流量、喷涂室压力和涂层的热处理温度等,发现了具有优良光电流-电位特性的TiO2涂层电极。通过对涂层结构分析,说明了TiO2涂层电极的光电流-电位特性依赖于涂层结构,当金红石形TiO2涂层中含有适量的Ti3O5和Magneli相时,表现出最佳的光电流-电位特性,并与光强度成正比例关系。若涂层全部由金红石形TiO2或TiO3、Ti3O5和Magneli相组成时,光电流-电位特性消失。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the TiO2 coating electrode having a good photocurrent-potentail property has been discovered by varying the quantity of auxiliary gas (H2),the pressure of spraying chamber and the heat treatment temperature of the coating,etc.,in spraying TiO2 coating with low pressure condition plasma.By analysing the structure of the coating,it has been showed that the photocurrent-potential property of TiO2 coating depends on the structure of the coating.When there are appropriate Ti3O5 and Magnel phase in rutile TiO2 coating,rutile TiO2 coating will show an optimum photocurrent-potential property directly proportional to light intensity.If the coating consists of rutile TiO2 or Ti_2O_3,Ti3O5 and Magnelis phase,its photocurrent-potential property will disappear.
