高强铝合金焊接接头SCC机理的探讨

INVESTIGATION ON SCC MECHANISM OF WELDED JOINTS OF HIGH STRENGTH ALUMINIUM ALLOY

  • 摘要: LY12CZ高强铝合金焊接接头应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)性能的试验研究表明:随着极化电位的不同,LY12CZ焊接接头的阳极溶解和阴极氢脆两种应力腐蚀开裂都可能发生。但是在一般开路状态下为阳极溶解型开裂。最后根据理论分析和试验结果,提出了接头的应力腐蚀沿着无溶质原子析出带产生和扩展的SCC模型。

     

    Abstract: The SCC experiments on welded joints of high strength aluminium alloy LY12CZ indicate that both Active Path Corrosion and Hydrogen Embrittlement Cracking of the LY12CZ welded jonts can occure with the change of the polarization potentials.However,it is Active Path Corrosion under no extrapolarizations.The SCC model is established that the SCC of the LY12 CZ welded joints initiates and propagates along the precipitation free zone in the overaged zone of the weldes joints according 1o the theoretical analysis and the experimental results.
