微机控制多功能可控硅弧焊机的研究

摘要: 本文介绍了微机控制多功能可控硅弧焊机的研究成果。通过分析研究焊机控制系统的特点,提出了可行的恒流控制算法、脉冲跃变过程控制算法与交流控制算法,并在此基础上设计了单片微机专机控制系统及汇编语言控制程序。焊机调试结果表明,微机控制输出的交、直流脉冲波形等焊接电流波形比传统的电子控制电路多功能焊机有显著改善,且焊接规范调节精度高、范围大,因而这一研究成果不但创造性地实现了多功能弧焊机的微机化,而且具有实际应用推广的价值。Abstract: A new microcomputer based mulitiple purpose SCR arc welding rectifier is introduced in this paper. On the basis of analysing the control system of the rectifier, reliable control models for constant current(C.C), pulse current and A.C. current output requirements of the welder have been developed. And, a special control system based on chip microcomputer processer and its assembly language program have been designed and built to realize these control models. The testing results show that the output characteristics of the new machine (such as the pulse wave form, the adjusting accuracy and range of the output current) are better than those of the commercial welder with conventional electrical circuits. This successful investigation facilitates the application of the microcomputer to welding equipment.
