关于焊接残余应力测试方法的研究

A STUDY OF THE MEASURING METHODS OF RESIDUAL WELDING STRESSES

  • 摘要: 通过大量的试验发现,用盲孔法及用X射线法测量焊接残余应力,其应力分布的规律性吻合得很好。但其绝对值不同,后者比前者低。尤其是在焊缝附近的高应力区更是这样1。两种方法测得应力产生差异的根本原因是用X射线法只能测得由弹性变形引起的应力,而用盲孔法测得的应力既包括由弹性变形引起的应力又包括由塑性变形引起的应力.盲孔法测试时的钻削应变是使之产生差异的根源.

     

    Abstract: The distribution of residual welding stresses measured by X-Ray is in general similar to that by the drilling method. However, the value of the former is lower than that of the latier, especially in the zone of weld metalo. This is due to the fact that the X-Ray method covers only the elastic strain while the drilling method covers both the elastie and the plastic strain. The plastic strain of drilling round the edge of hole plays a part.
