盲孔对应力分布影响的三维有限元分析
THREE DIMENSIONAL FINITE ELEMENTE ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF SMALL BLIND HOLE ON STRESS DISTRIBUTION

摘要: 本文对孔深和直径均为2mm的平底盲孔附近的应力分布,进行了三维弹性问题的有限元分析。计算结果表明,在单向拉伸应力作用下,盲孔引起的应力集中并不比通孔时严重。最大应力集中位置,不是在盲孔孔底根部,而是靠近表面,且与拉应力方向垂直的孔壁上。作者还进行了盲孔应力分布的三维光弹实验分析。其应力分布的趋势与计算结果基本一致。Abstract: A finite element analysis of three dimensional elastic problem on the stress distribution round a small blind hole with a flat bottom of which both the depth and the diameter were 2mm was carried out in order to analyse closelv the effect of a small blind hole on the strength of the welded structure measured. The calculated results indicated that the stress concentration produced by a small blind hole is not more serious than that by a hole through a plate under a uniaxial stress. The position of the maximum stress concentration is on the wall of hole, near the surface of the specimen and perpendicular to the tensile stress, rather than on the corner of the hole bottom. In addition, a three dimensional analysis of a photoelastic mechanical experiment was carried out. The test results of stress distribution is basically identical with those calculated.
