焊条计算机辅助设计软件系统
A SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN OF COVERED ELECTRODES

摘要: 本文摆脱了焊条设计的经验模式,研究出一个焊条计算机辅助设计软件系统(ECAD),为焊条设计开辟了一种新方法。该系统通用性强,功能齐全,可以科学地安排试验方案,建立数学模型,优化药皮配方,预报焊条性能,控制药皮组分,绘制成分-性能图形,并设有数据库。采用该系统设计焊条具有快速、定量、信息丰富、设计质量高、使用方便等特点。在本系统支持下还研制出一种686MPa级低合金高强钢用高强韧性焊条,其熔敷金属的-50℃夏比冲击功为78J。Abstract: Having cast away the empirical design model, the authors have developed a software system for the computer-aided design of covered electrodes. This system, strong in versatility and good. for multi-purpose, is able to scientifically lay out the testing project, establish the mathematical model, optimize the formation of electrode covering, predict the mechanical properties of the weld metal, and trace out curves showing the relationship between the chemical compositions and the mechanical properties. Besides, the system possesses a data base. This system is characterized by its high quality in design results and convenience in operation. In support of this software system, a high-toughness covered electrode of the 686 MPa level for HSLA steels has been developed. The Charpy impact value of the weld metal reads up to 78 J at-50℃.
