焊接不均匀裂纹体全塑性解的研究

A STUDY OF THE FULLY PLASTIC SOLUTION OF WELDMENT WITH MECHANICAL HETEROGENEITY

  • 摘要: 利用平面应力全塑性有限元程序,分析计算了平面应力条件下中心裂纹焊接试样的断裂力学参量如J积分,裂纹张开位移和加载点位移的全塑性解,得到了焊接不均匀裂纹体的断裂力学参量全塑性解通式,引入了等效屈服强度和等效应变硬化指数的概念,并提出了评定焊接接头断裂力学参量的工程逼近方法,同时采用弹塑性有限元方法进行了验证计算。

     

    Abstract: The fully plastic plane stress solutions of elastic-plastic fracture mechanics parameters such as J-integral, load-point displacement and crack-opening displacement were computed for a welded center-cracked specimen in monotonically loading with the fully plastic finite element method. The equivalent yielding stress and equivalent strain hardening exponent near the crack tip were introduced for estimating the fracture mechanics parameters with mechanical heterogeneity. The engineering approach for estimating the elastic-plastic fracture mechanics parameters of weldment was given.The accuracy of the approach was assessed by using elasticplastic finite element calculations for a specific configuration.
