MICROSTRUCTURES OF SIMULATED HAZ OF LOW CARBON Si-Mn-Mo BAINITIC STEEL

  • 摘要: 本文用Gleeble-1500型热模拟机及光学和电子金相(TEM)研究了一种低碳Si-Mn-Mo系贝氏体钢焊接热影响区(HAZ)过热带的组织,主要分析了其贝氏体组织形态。证明该钢模拟HAZ过热带不出现典型的中温转变组织,其上贝氏体、下贝氏体都是铁素体板条内或条间的残余奥氏体为特征的准上贝氏体或准下贝氏体;并探讨了这种准贝氏体组织的形成机制。
    Abstract: In this paper, Gleeble-1500, photomicroscope and TEM have been used to study the microstructures of the over-heated band of simulalcd heat-affected-zone (HAZ) of low carbon Si-Mn-Mo bainitic steel. The study is focused on the features of bainitic structures. Results show that typical structures of bainite can be eluded with the emerging of the so-called mcta-bainilcs, defined as the complex structure of bainieic ferrites and recained austenitcs instead of carbides in and/or beetwrn the ferrites. The formation mechanism of mcta-bainilc has also been examined.
