单电源联合型交流等离子弧稳弧机理的探讨

A STUDY OF THE MECHANISM OF ARC STABILITY OF AC COMPOSITE PLASMA ARC WELDING BY A SINGLE AC SOURCE

  • 摘要: 单电源联合型交流等离子弧焊接设备结构简单、电弧稳定,是铝合金的理想焊接设备。本文对联合型交流等离子弧焊接设备和普通直流维弧的交流等离子弧焊接设备的电弧稳定性进行了分析和对比,在此基础上进一步研究了联合型交流等离子弧的稳弧机制。研究表明,联合型交流等离子弧焊接设备具有更好的电弧稳定性,其稳弧机制是维弧的"热"和DK2上反电动势的"场"的联合作用。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the arc stability of AC composite plasma arc welding by a single AC source and the arc stability of AC plasma arc welding with general pilot DC source were compared. Bascd on this comparison, the authors further studied the mechanism of arc stability of AC composite plasma arc welding. The results show the arc stability of AC composite plasma arc is stabilited by the combined effect of the "heat" produced by the AC pilot arc and the electropotence produced in the reactor.
