缺陷容器的爆破试验及安全评定标准的研究

摘要: 通过容器爆破试验研究了带裂纹容器的屈服发生、发展机制和各断裂参量在加载中的变化情况,并利用全面屈服准则、COD准则和J积分准则对容器上不同缺陷进行了评定。指出全面屈服准则是进行容器缺陷评定的一种有效方法,而COD设计曲线,J积分准则在评定容器安全上有一定的局限性。Abstract: In this paper the yielding spread mechanism and the variations of fracture parameters in loading are investigated by bursting experiments of cracked pressure vessels. The different defects in vessels are assessed by the General Yielding Criterion, COD design curve and J-jntegral criterion respectively. It is pointed out that as in the case of wide plate, the COD deep-increasing and freezing phases occur in the vessels also, and that the General Yielding Criterion is an effective means of assessing the defects in pressure vessels while the COD design curve and J-integral Criterion have some limitations in their application.
