分析氢渗透曲线的新方法

A NEW METHOD FOR ANALYSING HYDROGEN PERMEATION CURVES

  • 摘要: 本文根据电化学测定和数学分析结果,提出一种分析氢渗透曲线的新方法——拐点切线法。该方法的特点是:无需达到稳态渗透、对实验条件不敏感、对纯铁和不容易达到稳态渗透的高强钢等普遍适用,以及数学处理简明等。用拐点切线法导出了氧渗透曲线的拐点切线方程、氢扩散系数和固溶氢浓度的简明计算式。

     

    Abstract: Based upon the results of electrochemical measurement and mathematical analysis,a new method——the Inflexion Tangent Approach——was proposed to analyse the permeation curves of hydrogen.This method has many advantages.It does not have to wait for the stable state of hydrogen permeation and is not so sensitive to experimental conditions. It could be used for armco iron and high-strength steels. Its mathematical treatment is rational and simple. By means of the Inflexion Tangent Approach, the Inflexion Tangent Equation of hydrogen permeation curve has been derived. And the formulas for calculating the diffusion coefficient and the concentration of dissolved hydrogen are respectively.
