矩形波直流脉冲TIG焊电弧稳定性的研究

STUDIES OF ARC STABILITY IN HIGH FREQUENCY PULSED TIG WELDING WITH RECTANGULAR WAVES

  • 摘要: 矩形波直流脉冲TIG焊小电流焊接薄板时,电弧稳定性是一个关键问题。本文利用计算机快速采集数据的光电光谱法和100MHz高频示波器对脉冲TIG焊电弧的动态过程进行了系统的测试研究。找到了脉冲电弧稳定性的评定方法及其影响因素。提出了控制脉冲TIG焊电弧的稳定性措施及高频氩氮电弧焊新工艺。

     

    Abstract: In the pulsed TIG welding of thin plates with low current, the stability of welding arc is the key problem. This paper describes our systematical studies of this problem with a photo-spectrum measuring system controlled by a microcomputer and a 100MHz oscilloscope of type V-1050F. Using the photo-spectrum method and analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the arc, the authors have found a method of assessing the arc stability and also the factors affecting the arc stability studies.Certain measures controlling the stability of pulsed TIG welding arc and a new process of high frequency Ar-N2 arc welding have been proposed.
