EFFECT OF TRACE BORON ON IMPACT TOUGHNESS

  • 摘要: 本文探讨了微量硼e对σb≥850N/mm2的Cr-Mn-Si系高强焊缝提高冲击韧性的影响。得出在一定范围内微量硼e对提高冲击韧性起着一定作用,着重用位错理论研究了微量硼e对提高冲击韧性的机制和在微观组织中所存在的状态、分布以及行为。

     

    Abstract: The effect of trace boron on increasing the impact toughness of high strength weld of σb≥850N/mm2 Cr-Mn-Si steel was investigated. It was found that trace boron played a definite role in increasing the impact toughness. By dislocation theory, the author made researches on the strengthening mechanism and the distribution and behaviour of trace boron in microstructure.
