焊接过程力学行为的数值研究方法
NUMERICAL STUDY ON MECHANICAL BEHAVIOUR DURING WELDING

摘要: 本文通过对热弹塑性理论本构关系的研究,用虚功原理建立了有限元方程,并研制了相应的平面问题程序,程序中考虑了材料的物理、力学常数对温度的依赖性,采用了过渡元素平均加权修正技术、屈服面修正技术和不平衡修正技术。最后计算了一个简单焊接模型,得出了满意的结果。Abstract: In this paper the incremental constitution of thermal elasto-plasticity has been studied and its 2-dimensional FEM program has been developed with due consideration of elastic-to-plastic element modifying, yielding surface correcting and unbalance revising. A typical welding model has been analyzed by this program with satisfactory results.
