依据“合于使用”原则的焊缝金属评定
ASSESSMENT OF WELD METALS BASED UPON THE "FITNESS FOR PURPOSE" PHILOSOPHY

摘要: 本文采用全面屈服准则和COD设计曲线方法对不同强度的焊缝进行了果表明,当缺陷位于焊缝中时,不仅在静载条件下,而且在动载条件下高匹配焊缝均有利评定。试验结于获得全面屈服。同时,还讨论了在焊接构件安全评定中COD准则的局限性。Abstract: The weld metals with different strengths are assessed by means of the general yielding criterion and the COD design curve method. The test results show that when the defect is located in the weld metal, overmatching weld will increase the possibility of meeting a general yielding not only under the static but also under the dynamic loading. Meanwhile, the limitation of the COD criterion in estimating the safety of welded structures is discussed also.
