低碳钢闪光焊与摩擦焊接头性能和金相组织的对比研究

A COMPARISON OF THE STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES OF LOW CARBON STEEL WELDED JOINTS OF FLASH WELDING AND FRICTION WELDING

  • 摘要: 本文对20号钢的闪光焊及摩擦焊接头组织及性能进行了全面系统的理论研究。文中提供了两种工艺方法接头性能的具体数据。应用位错理论、低碳钢的冷脆倾向理论,分析对比了两种焊接工艺接头的性能,性能变化规律以及出现性能差异的原因。透射电镜观察发现接头存在高密度位错和少量板条马氏体。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a theoretical study of the structures and proportics of 0.2% carlbon No 20 steel welded joints of flash welding and friction welding has been made. The paper provides two sets of concrete data of the properties of joints made by the two different welding tcchnological mcthcds. Taking into acccunt the dialcation thcory and the tendency of cold brittlcness of low carbcn steel, the authrs analyd the said differences of the properties and their cause of variation. Thrcugh TEM observation, highdensity dislocations and a small quantity of plate rrartcnsite were feund in the joints.
