碱性低氢电焊条交流稳弧性试验研究

摘要: 本文采用正交回归设计方法,对碱性低氢电焊条交流稳弧性进行了试验研究,分别建立了断弧长度,平均灭弧次数对焊条药皮各成分的回归方程,分析讨论了碱性低氢焊条交流稳弧性的影响因素,研制成功了交流稳弧性特别优良,其它综合性能均好的"结506稳"电焊条。Abstract: A method of optimum secking experiment combined with orthogonal regression design was adopted by the author to study the A.C arc stability of low-hydrogen basic electrodes.Regression equations were derived for the arc length and the average times of arc extinction to each ingredient of electrode covering,Factors influencing the A.C.arc stability of low-hydrogen basic electrode were also analysed and discussed.A new type of electrode,JIE 506 WEN,with both excellent A.C.arc stability and fine general properties has been successfully developed.
