ZGMn13钢HAZ液化裂纹的研究

摘要: 本文通过几种焊接方法的工艺因素试验,用热塑性试验和焊接热模拟试验等方法,用光镜、电镜、能谱、电子探针等显微分析手段,探讨了ZGMn13钢焊接热影响区(HAZ)裂纹的性质、形成机理和影响因素。结果表明:ZGMn13钢HAZ裂纹为液化裂纹及其扩展的结果。这种液化裂纹主要是由于P、S等杂质元素所形成的低熔点相、非金属夹杂物和碳化物导致晶界液化或弱化,在较大的焊接应力作用下形成的。采用小线能是CO2气体保护焊能明显减少ZGMn13钢HAZ的液化裂纹倾向。Abstract: In this paper the nature,formation-mechanism and effective factors of the crack of ZGMn13 steel in HAZ were investigated by means of hot-ductility test and welding thermal simulation method.The results show that the crack of ZGMn13 steel in HAZ initiates by the liquation cracking.The main reason leading to the liquation crack in HAZ is that there are some kinds of low-melting phases formed by P,S and some other impurity elements in the steel and meanwhile there is a biger welding strees in HAZ.The non-metallic inclusions and carbides in the grain boundaries will propagate the liquation crack.The welding process tests show that the tendancy to liquation crack of ZGMn13 steel in HAZ will decrease when using the co2 shielded arc welding with low hea input.
