旋转电弧焊研究及其在管道施工中的应用

RESEARCtt OF ROTARY ELECTRICAL ARC WELDING AND ITS APPLICATION TO PIPE-WELDING

  • 摘要: 本文对钢管旋转电弧焊工艺做了初步探讨,研究了焊接电流、激磁电流、旋弧速度、对口间隙、旋弧时间等主要工艺参数对焊接接头质量的影响。提供了φ76×3.5~φ114×5mm钢管旋弧焊所应用的工艺参数及焊接接头的检验结果。认为旋弧焊在中、小口径管道的焊接方面将是一种有效的方法。

     

    Abstract: The Paper goes preliminarily into the technology of rotary electrical arc welding and discusses the main technical factors like the welding current,excitation current, rotary speed and time,and gap of butt-joint,which affect the quality of the welded joints.And it gives the technical data used in the rotary arc welding of steel pipes ranging from φ76×3.5 to φ114×4mm with tested results.It can be prodicted that rotary arc welding applied to the welding of pipes of medium and small sizes would be a strongly competitive and effective method.
