低匹配焊接接头不均匀裂纹体的J积分研究

A STUDY ON THE J-INTEGRAL FOR UNDERMATCHED WELDED JOINTS

  • 摘要: 本文用弹塑性有限元方法,证实了硬夹软不均匀裂纹体J积分的路径无关性及能量率表达式J=-(1 ∂U)/(B ∂α)的适用性。研究了简化为软夹层中含裂纹的硬夹软不均匀体的低匹配焊接接头力学性能不均匀性对断裂表征参量J积分的影响规律。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the path-independence of the J-integral and the energy expression J=-(1 ∂U)/(B ∂α) for heterogeneous bodies containing a crack in the sandwiched soft layer,which are the simplified models of cracked undermatched welded joints,are verified by elastoplastic FEM.The influence of mechanical heterogeneity on the J-integral values is investigated.
