三种NiCrBSi系钎料钎焊低碳钢时液-固相相互作用动态过程的研究

摘要: 本文运用HM-100型高温显微镜,在选定的工艺参数下及专门设计的试样上,对三种NiCrBSi系钎料钎焊低碳钢过程中的液-固相相互作用动态过程进行了直观、连续地观测和记录。通过上述动态试验,观测到了三种不同的液-固相相互作用过程,提出了此液-固相相互作用的机制及三种不同过程的相互转化条件。Abstract: The processes of the interaction between the liquid phase and solid phase when specially designed samples of low carbon steel was being brazed under selected technological parameters by three different kinds of NiCrBSi system were directly and continuously observed and recorded by the authors with HM-100 type high temperature microscope.Three kinds of different dynamic process of interaction had been discovered. The mechanism of the interaction and the conditions of changeover from one kind to another among the three processes were advanced.
