摘要: 本文介绍了用于控制诱导过渡CO2焊接的晶体管电源的工作原理及其使用效果,用这种晶体管电源进行CO2焊接,其熔滴过渡是受控的,过渡更富有规律性,颗粒均匀,飞溅小,焊缝成形好,生产率高。Abstract: In this paper,the working principle,the block diagram and the operating chara-cteristics of a transister power source for the new short cirouting CO2 shielded arc welding are introduced.When this transistor power source is used for the short circui-ting CO2 welding,the metal transfer is controlled and regular,thus featuring uniform particles,low spattering,very good appearance of weld and high productivity.
