起重机箱形主梁焊接变形的控制

CONTROLS OVER WELDING DEFORMATION OF CRANE BOX MAIN GIRDERS

  • 摘要: 起重机主梁是起重机的重要郎件之一.起重机箱形主梁长度从几米到几十米。起重量从5t到500t以上.主梁是由A3、C3、16Mn等钢板焊接而成。起重机箱形主梁在生产技术中,主要问题是焊接变形。本文主要论述主梁的焊接变形计算和影响焊接变形的因素,并提出了合理的控制焊接变形的工艺措施,使起重机箱形主梁达到了最佳技术要求.

     

    Abstract: The main girder is one of the important components ef cranes.The girders,ususlly weighing from 5 tons to 500 tons with their length ranging from meters to decame-ters,are manufactured by welding with A3,C3 and 16Mn steel plates.The main problem in manufacturing is the welding deformation.This thesis discusses,in addition to deformation calculation,the general factors affecting the welding deformation of the main gnder Practical centred measures are preposed to meet the tecnical require-ments.
