海水中黄铜焊接接头腐蚀行为的研究

AN INVESTIGATION OF THE CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF BRASS WELDED JOINTS IN SEA WATER

  • 摘要: 本文应用微探头电位扫描法和电偶实验技术,研究了几种黄铜接头金属的耐蚀性,并探讨了它们之间耐蚀性不同的原因。结果表明,黄铜熔敷金属在海水中的腐蚀主要是脱锌腐蚀,填充金属中加入铝,可减少这类选择性腐蚀。其作用机理是铝参与了表面成膜,而含铝的表面氧化膜能显著改善合金的电化学行为。同时证实了微探头电位扫描法可预测黄铜焊接接头在海水中的电化学腐蚀行为。

     

    Abstract: The authors studied the corrosion resistance of sevcial types of brass welded joints by means of the micro-probe potential-scanning method and the galvanic corrosinm experiments.The results show that the corrosion is mainly of the dezincification type.The deposited metal added with aluminium can mitigate this type of selectivecorrosion, because the surface film containing aluminium will reduce the rate of electrochemical corrosion of alloys.It is also shown that the micro-probe potential scanning technique could be considered as a feasible means for estimating the corrosion behavior of brass welded joints in sea water.
