场效应管弧焊逆变器焊接性能的研究

A STUDY ON WELDING PROPERTIES WITH MOSFET INVERTER FOR ARC WELDING

  • 摘要: 本文主要介绍场效应管弧焊逆变器的工艺试验结果与分析。通过钨极氩弧焊方法对不锈钢、矽钢片、铜的大量工艺试验表明,这种高效省料轻巧的新型电子弧焊电源,具有引弧容易、电弧稳定性好、焊缝成型美观、无噪声等优良的工艺性能,而且在进一步减轻重量、节省材料和简化制造工艺等方面,也大大优于晶体管弧焊逆变器和晶闸管弧焊逆变器,从而为今后的推广应用展示了广阔的前景.

     

    Abstract: This paper focuses on the technological test results and their analyses with arc welding MOSFET inverter.A large number of technological tests have been carried out on stainless steel,silicon steel sheet and copper by using GTAW process.The results,show that this new type of high efficiency,compact electronic arc welding power source has excellent technological properties including easiness for arc ignitiation,good arc stability,nice weld appearance,and low noise.Furthermore,the MOSFET inverter has great advantages over the transistor inverter and thyristor inverter for arc welding on weight reducing,material saving and manufacture process simplifying etc.Therefore it reveals a broad prospective development for its extensive and practical applications.
