固定点状态下TIG焊接熔深信号的检测及分析--焊接熔深检测的初步探讨

DETECTION AND ANALYSIS OF WELDING PENETRATION SIGNAL IN STATIONARY TIG ARC WELDING--AN PRELIMINARY STUDY OF DETECTION OF WELDING PENETRATION

  • 摘要: 本文采用特殊的恒压焊接电源,建立了一套微计算机控制的实验装置。在TIG固定点弧焊情况下,通过在正常焊接电流的基础上,每隔一定时间施加一瞬闻激振脉冲电流来激励焊接熔池产生振荡,然后检测电弧电压,以获得激振脉冲过后的焊接熔池振荡信号的方法,对实时测定焊接熔深作了初步探索。在对信号分析的基础上,研究了焊接熔池振荡频率与焊接熔深之间的关系,并建立了相应的数学模型--焊接熔池波动方程。利用有限差分法求解了焊接熔池波动系统的特征值问题,得到了焊接熔池振荡频率与焊接熔深之间关系的数值解.1Cr18Ni9Ti、20#、16Mn三种不同材料的实验结果与理论计算结果的吻合程度良好。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a special welding power source with the characteristic of constantvoltage controlled by microcomputer has been set up and used as an experimental apparatus.A new method of on-line detection of welding penetration through arcvoltage has been approached by adding an instantaneous pulse at regular intervals tothe normal welding current to excite the oscillation of welding pool in stationary TIGarc welding.On the basis of signal analysis,the relationship between the frequency of welding pool oscillation and welding penetration is studied and a mathematical model,the welding pool vibration equation,is correspondingly established.Using the finite difference equation to solve the eigenvalue problem of welding pool vibration system,one can get the numerical solution of the said relationship.Experimental results of 1Cr18Ni9Ti,20#,and 16Mn steel welding coincide well with those by theoretical calculation.
