焊接接头软夹硬不均匀裂纹体的J积分研究
STUDY ON THE J-INTEGRAL FOR WELDED JOINTS WITH A CRACK IN THE TRANSVERSE HARD LAYER

摘要: 本文应用弹塑性有限单元法计算了平面应力条件下模拟焊接接头硬层中含有中心裂纹的软夹硬板的J积分。计算结果表明,对于软夹硬不均匀体,J 积分仍是守恒的。在相同载荷的作用下,硬夹层宽度越小,J积分的值越高。这个结论与早期的COD的分析结果相吻合。Abstract: In this paper,the J-integral for a heterogeneous strip with a crack in the trans-verse hard layer,which is a typical case of welded joints,is analyzed by elasto-plastic FEM under the plane stress condition.The results obtained show that the J-integral remains path-independent in spite of the mechanical heterogeneity.The narrower the hard layer is,the larger the J-integral value at the same load level will be.This coincides with the results of our earlier COD analysis.
