异种钢熔合区及其氢分布的研究

STUDY ON FUSION ZONE OF DISSIMILAR STEEL JOINTS AND THEIR HYDROGEN DISTRIBUTION

  • 摘要: 本文探讨了γ+α异种钢焊接接头的区域划分,熔合区的形成及化学不均匀性,并用氚示踪的自射线照相方法直接观察了异种钢接头的氢分布。结果表明,W.F.Savage关于焊接接头区域划分的新方案也基本适合于异种钢接头;熔合区的形成经历了局部熔化、完全熔化、元素扩散和凝固结晶四个阶段;用该模型计算镍、铬等置换元素在熔合区的理论分布与实测结果比较一致。碳、氢等间隙元素的扩散分布受到活度和陷阱的强烈影响,碳富集在焊缝熔合区,氢(氚)强烈偏聚在实际熔合线,母材熔合区则同时发生贫碳和贫氢现象。氚显示的实际熔合线是宽约2~3μm的厚边界层。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the division of zones,the formation of fusion zone and the chemical inhomogeneity in γ+α dissimilar steel joints are discussed.The hydrogen distribution in dissimilar steel joints was directly observed by a tritium-labelled autoradiograph.The activity and trap strongly affect the diffusion and distribution of interstitial elements (carbon,hydrogen,etc.) in the fusion zone.Carbon segregates in the fusion zone of weld metal,and hydroges accumulats in the true fusion line.The phenomenon of the lack of carbon and hydrogen occurs in the fusion zone of base metal.The true fusion line labelled by tritium is a heavy boundary layer of about 2~3μm in width.
