焊接冷裂纹断口形貌的分析

摘要: 本文采用扫描电镜研究了国产低合金钢插销试样的冷裂纹断口形貌,并对影响冷裂纹断口形貌的各主要因素的作用进行了分析。观察结果表明,被焊材料的化学成分,熔敷金属中扩散氢含量和外加应力是影响冷裂纹断口形貌的重要因素。当钢材的冷裂敏感指数PCM、熔敷金属中扩散氢含量H增加或外加应力下降时,断口中沿晶断口增加,反之则会出现韧窝断口。最后,本文综合各种因素的影响,对试验钢种冷裂纹断口的特征作了图解,概括了所研究钢种材料断口形貌的一般规律。从而对于防止冷裂纹的产生提供了一定的线索。Abstract: The fracture morphology of cold crack in the implant of HSLA steels produced in China has been investigated with SEM and the fractographic features are discussed.The observed results show that the main factors which modify the fracture features are the chemical composition of welded materials,the diffused hydrogen in deposited metal and the applied stress.When the Pcm of base metal and the diffused hydrogen H in deposited metal are increased or the applied stress goes down,the intergranular fracture region on fracture surface extends,and a dimple rupture region will be formed if on the contrary.Finally,to sum up the influence of various factors and to generalize the regularities of fractographic appearances,the fractographic features of the experimental steels are schematized.Thus some hints for the prevention of cold cracking could be obtained.
