摘要: 本文就9%Ni钢焊接中引起磁偏吹的原理作了初步阐述。外加磁场所产生的洛伦茨力和焊接电流自身产生的电磁收缩力向量的和决定了磁偏吹的强弱。9%Ni钢焊接时,若母材剩磁强度超过60Oe,则可能引起未熔合、未焊透、夹渣等焊接缺陷。因此,在9%Ni钢焊接时,要采取相应措施消除剩磁的作用,克服磁偏吹所引起的焊接缺陷,才能保证9%Ni钢的焊接质量。Abstract: This paper describes preliminarily the principle of the magnetic arc blow taking place in welding 9%Ni steel.The vector sum of the Lorentz force produced by the added magnetic field and the pinch effect force produced by the welding current itself determines the intensity of magnetic arc blow.If the magnetic remanence intensity of the base metal is over 60 Oe,the welding of 9%Ni steel would cause such weld defects as lack of fusion,incomplete penetration and slag inclusion.In order to ensure the qaulity of weld technological measures should be taken to reduce the action of magnetic remanence and hence to eliminate the weld defects caused by the magnetic arc blow.
