巨型船闸人字门现场拼装焊接变形的控制

CONTROLS OVER WELDING DEFORMATIONS OF HUGE SHIPLOCK METERGATE AT FIELD

  • 摘要: 葛洲坝水电站船闸人字门为国内最大的人字门,也是世界上最大的人字门之一。每扇门重达600t,承受水压力9850t,分十节在工厂加工后,运往现场竖立组焊成整体。本文主要论述了葛洲坝二号船闸下闸首人字门的现场拼装焊接变形的控制方法。通过变形的理论计算和模拟焊接试验的分析,结合焊接方法,焊接顺序及焊接过程中的变形控制等措施,达到控制焊接变形的目的。

     

    Abstract: The lowermeter gate of No.2 shiplock,set up at Gezhouba Project is the largest one in China and up now it is one of the largest gates in the world,too.Each gate,manufactured in factory and made up of 10 sections for transporting is about 600 ton in weight and 34.05 m.in height and sustains a load of 9850 ton of hydrostatic pressure inwork.The welding process of the gate performed at field is to put the sections of the gateo ne upon another in vertical position.This thesis discusses what method of welding we selected,what measures we toke for controlling over deformations and all in all,how we have fulfilled our work by integrating theoretical calculation of deformations,analysis of model tests and welding sequences with practice.
