A NEW METHOD FOR OBTAINING THE SPOT WELDING CURRENTS OF VARIOUS WAVEFORMS——Application of Microcomputer to Resistance Welding Process Control

  • 摘要: 本文研究了一种采用微型计算机控制电阻点焊过程的新型控制装置。采用这种装置可以获得精确可靠的、各种波形的焊接电流,以适应各种材料的、不同厚度的电阻点焊。焊接电流可以在每个周波内任意调节,为实现电阻点焊质量监控创造了条件。

     

    Abstract: A new type of microcomputer unit has been developed for controlling resistance spot welding process.By means of this unit,accurate and stable currents of different waveforms can be obtained for the spot welding of various materials and thicknesse.Furthermore,the current can be arbitrarily adjusted during each cycle for in-process quality monitoring.
