矩形波交流电源的研制及工艺试验

DEVELOPMENT OF SQUARE WAVE A.C.ARC WELDING SOURCE AND ITS TECHNOLOGICAL EXPERIMENTS

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种新型方波交流焊接电源,其主回路是由普通直流焊接电源和可控硅逆变器组成。该逆变器将直流转变为方波交流。直流电源的空载电压为70V,不需要特殊措施,即可保持每次电流过零后的稳定再引燃,可使10A以上的交流电弧稳定燃烧。电流的交变频率,正负半波的通电时间比,正负半波的电流比值皆可在一定范围内自由调节。工艺试验证明,利用这种电源进行铝合金钨极氩弧焊时,可控制雾化区的宽度,调节工件上的线能量,提高钨极的寿命,可以更有效地利用电弧热和力的作用来满足某些焊接工艺的特殊需要。这种电源也可满意地用来进行碱性焊条的手工焊,电弧稳定并可避免磁偏吹现象。

     

    Abstract: A new type of square wave A.C.arc welding source is introduced.Its main circuit consists of an ordinal D.C. arc welding source and a thyristor inverter converting D.C. into square wave A.C. When the alternating welding current passes zero,arc can be easily reignited at 10 A,even though the open circuit voltage of the D.C. source is as low as 70 V.The welding parameters such as the number of frequency,time period and amplitute of the alternating welding current can be selected within an reasonable range at will.Technological experiments have confirmed that this new type of welding source has many advantages,such as the width of arc cleaning and the heat input to the workpiece can be controlled and the tungsten electrode loss is very little during the TIG welding of aluminium alloys,thus resulting in more effective use of arc heat and force to meet some special requirements.Furthermore,this new welding source can be used in welding with base electrodes and decrease arc blow and give stable arc process.
