镍基及铁基合金真空钎焊时氧化膜去除及钎料铺展

OXIDE FILM REMOVAL AND BRAZING ALLOY SPREADING PHENOMENA DURING VACUUM BRAZING OF NICKELBASE AND IRONBASE ALLOYS

  • 摘要: 本文使用高温显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱分析仪(EDX)、X射线光电子谱仪(ESCA),荧光X射线分析仪(XRFS),四级质谱气体分析仪(QPMS)等研究了镍基及铁基合金真空钎焊时氧化膜去除及钎料铺展现象。本文在分析了真空加热条件下有关表面和界面物理化学过程之后,提出和阐明了合金表面氧化膜去除的机理及不同类型的钎料铺展形态。

     

    Abstract: Both the mechanism of oxide film removal from metal surface and the brazing alloy spreading phenomena during vacuum brazing of nickelbase and ironbase alloys were studied in detail.Studies were performed utilizing a series of modern instruments such as Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)、Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX)、X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (ESCA),X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRFS)、Quadropolc Mass Spectroscopy (QMS) and etc.Based on the analysises of physicochemical processes being observed on the metal surfaces and interface,the author deals with the mechanism of oxide film removal from nickelbase and ironbase alloy sufaces,and suggests some specific spreading patterns of brazing alloys.
