合金元素对12SiMoVNb抗氢钢埋弧焊焊缝金属热裂纹敏感性的影响

EFFECTS OF ALLOY ELEMENTS ON WELD HOT CRACKING SUSCEPTIBILITY IN THE SUBMERGED ARC WELDING OF 12SiMoVNb HYDROGEN-RESISTANT STEEL

  • 摘要: 本文用横向可变拘束裂纹试验法研究了合金元素对12SiMoVNb钢埋弧焊焊缝金属热裂纹敏感性的影响,指出了Si、Nb、Ni和Mo提高焊缝金属热裂纹敏感性,Cr、W、V等降低焊缝金属热裂纹敏感性.在试验基础上,提出了具有良好抗裂性的Cr-W合金系统的焊丝,解决了该钢埋弧焊时的热裂纹问题.

     

    Abstract: In the article,the effects of alloy elements on susceptibility to hot cracking in the submerged arc welding of 12SiMoVNb hydrogen-resistant steel were studied with the transvarestraint test.It was found that Si,Nb,Ni and Mo increased the hot cracking susceptibility while Cr,V,W readuced it.On the basis of these test results, an excellent crack-resisting filler wire made of Cr-W alloy steel has been developed,so that the problems concerning hot cracking in submerged arc welding for 12SiMoVNb steel have been solved.
