等速送丝-恒流MIG焊电源的研制及工艺试验

A CONSTANT WIRE FEED AND CONSTANT CURRENT POWER SOURCE FOR MIG WELDING

  • 摘要: 在铝熔化极氩弧焊电弧稳定性研究的基础上,本文对亚射流电弧所具有的"固有自调节作用"的调节灵敏度同外观弧长的关系进行了探讨。研究了"等速送丝-恒流MIG焊电源"调节系统的技术关键和解决办法,给出了引弧短路补偿器一元化调节理论方程、最佳规范调节曲线和系统的传递函数。研制成功一种恒流带短路补偿的一元化调节可控硅MIG焊机。通过该机的工艺试验,并与平特性、缓降特性电源进行焊接对比,充分肯定了这种新型调节系统用于焊接铝及其合金的优点。

     

    Abstract: Based on the study of stability of aluminium MIG-welding in argon,the relation between the sensitivity of "intrinsic self-regulation" in meso-spray arc and the visible are length is investigated.The key points of designing "CC welding power source and constant speed wire feed" system are discussed.The short-compensator,the equation of centralized regulation,the optimum standard curves and the transfer function of this new type welding system are given,and a new thyristor controlled CAC welding power source for MIG-welding is made.By a series of process experiments and by comparison of this welder with CP and CC welding power sources,it is proved that this system is more advantageous to the MIG-welding of aluminium and its alloys.
