关于消除蒙乃尔合金焊条焊接气孔问题的研究

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了用于微束等离子弧焊和钨极惰性气体保护焊的大功率场效应管弧焊逆变器及其性能指标,并从理论和试验研究上,论述了采用新型的大功率场效应管代替双极型大功率晶体管,作为弧焊逆变器中的快速开关,具有可靠工作范围更宽,频率和效率更高,体积更小以及控制功率极小,可直接用微处理机进行控制等优点,从而更加充分地体现弧焊逆变器的独特优越性,为它的进一步发展技到又一条途径。同时,本文还针对研制该机的主要难点,论述了在设计、工艺和结构等方面必须注意的问题,以及预言了此种新型弧焊逆变器的发展前途。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the main cause and the mechanism of weld porosity of Monel electrodes with slag system such as TiO2-CaF2 titanium type,CaF2-CaO-TiO2 oxide-free type and CaO-CaF2-SiO2 low hydrogen type were studied. Experiments showed that intensified deoxidation, denitrification and dehydrogenation in the electrode coating are the important technical measures to eliminate porosity.In hand welding of Monel metal, since nitrogen and hydrogen are the main factors causing porosity in welds, the addition of stronger denitrifiers like Ti, Al etc. into the electrode coating is definitely a necessity. The electrodes should be thoroughly dried and well baked. The physical property of the melting slag plays an important and direct role in the shape and quantity of the surface porosity. The proper selection of welding procedure and welding parameters may effectively suppress the porosity in Monel welds. Lower arc voltage, fairly low welding speed and preheating for heavy workpiece are recommended.
