焊接电子枪电子束会聚角的研究

STUDY ON THE CONVERGENT ANGLE OF ELECTRON BEAM WELDING GUN

  • 摘要: 本文对于窄间隙中钨极焊接电弧的行为进行了理论研究,建立了弧柱中电场分布的数学模型,并得到了实验证明。研究结果表明,焊接电弧由于受到间隙侧壁的限制,不再处于自由燃烧状态,它的电场分布发生改变,有一定量的焊接电流流向侧壁,但是在底板与侧壁的交角处电流密度甚小。当交角为尖角时,该处电流密度趋向于零。基于上述原因,在窄间隙中钨极氩弧焊时,如果不采取相应的工艺措施,将引起侧壁的熔合不良。

     

    Abstract: After electron beam passing through the anode hole, a new half convergent angle γ0 will be formed under divergent effect of ihc anode hole. The angle γ0 will influence the performance of image formation of electron optical system and the electron beam penetration ability directly.In this paper, an accurate expression of γ0 has been derived, which has been taken into account of the effect of thermo-electronic velocity. An experimental method for measuring the angle γ0 with a rectangular plate edge crossing the beam is described. Using 1 he numerical solution by the computer, the influence of the cathode shrunk distance to Ihe Wehncll hole on the angle γ0 and other beam parameters bave been studied. An equivalent treating method of the gun has been given. Besides, we also provide ihc advanced gun design concept based on the angle γ0. Satisfying experimental results have been achieved.
