焊接热影响区连续冷却相变过程的研究——焊接CCT图
A STUDY ON CONTINUOUS COOLING TRANSFORMATION IN WELD HAZ——THE WELD CCT DIAGRAM

摘要: 本文以15MnVN钢为例,分析了焊接接头的金相组织,测定了硬度值,也测定了平衡加热条件下母材的相变点。在现场对不同工艺条件下的焊接热循环曲线进行了实测,选择了其中九种典型热循环分析接头过热区组织和性能。根据九种典型曲线的特征参数Tmax、ts1100℃和t8/5进行了模拟试验,调整热循环特征参数使模拟组织和实际接头过热区组织相同。模拟试验制定的焊接CCT图准确地反映了接头热影响区组织的相变规律,从而总结出正确制作焊接CCT图的方法。它为正确制定焊接工艺,提高热影响区韧性,避免热影响区裂纹,提供了一套有价值的试验依据.Abstract: 15MnVN steel weld joint was taken as an example to analyze the metallographic structures and measured the hardness.The transformation point of the base metal under balanced conditions was also determined.Curves of thermal cycles under different welding conditions were plotted on site.Nine of the typical thermal cycles were chosen to analyze the structures and properties of the joints in the overheated zone.According to the characteristic parameters Tmax,ts1100℃ and t8/5 of the ninetypical curves,simulated experiments were carried out.The characteristic parameters of the thermal cycles were so adjusted as to bring the results of simulation closely in line with those of the actual joints.Since the CCT diagram made from the simulated experiments reflects exactly the rule of transformation of the structures in the HAZ of weld joints,the authors therefore consider the method of making CCT diagram correct and valuable approach to better welding design,higher HAZ toughness,and lower cracking susceptibility.
