高温合金氩弧焊时冶金及工艺因素对形成热裂纹的影响
THE METALLURGICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL FACTORS AFFECTING THE HOT CRACKING IN TIG WELDING OF SUPERALLOYS

摘要: 本文介绍了几种喷气发动机用高温合金钨极氩弧焊时,所形成的焊缝金属结晶裂纹和热影响区液化裂纹。试验表明,当合金中Al、Ti、B含量或焊接线能量增加时,焊接裂纹倾向性增大;焊前沉淀强化或冷变形硬化促使了焊接热裂纹的产生。Abstract: This paper describes the weld metal solidification-cracking and HAZ liquation-cracking in TIG welding of several kinds of superalloys used in jet engines.Experiments revealed that the cracking tendency became more serious as the Al,Ti and B contents of the alloys or the welding heat-input was increased;and that precipitation-hardening or work-hardening prior to welding made the alloys mores usceptible to hot cracking.
